Pasoori Toys Return & Refund Policy

At Pasoori Toys, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we are happy to assist you with returns and exchanges under the following conditions.

Eligibility for Returns

Customers must initiate the return request within 7 days of receiving the product.
The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition.
Returns are only accepted for defective, damaged, or incorrect items received.
Personalized or custom-made products cannot be returned unless faulty.

2. Provide the Following Details:

Order number
Reason for return
Clear images of the defective/damaged item (if applicable)
(Without clear images, the return request may not be accepted.)

3. Return Approval:

Our team will review your request and provide further instructions.
Once approved, you will be given a return address for shipping the product.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refund & Exchange Policy

Refunds:
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process a refund within 5-7 business days.
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
Exchanges:
- If you request an exchange for a defective or incorrect item, we will send the replacement at no additional cost.

Non-Returnable Items

Products that are used, damaged by the customer, or missing original packaging.
Sale or clearance items are non-refundable.
We reserve the right to decline returns if the product does not meet the return eligibility criteria.
